This documentary is about inter-continental, trans-racial identity and adoption. The documentary covers stories in the Philippines and Sir Lanka too.

Blink Films, Channel 5. Documentary telling the story of John Rendall and Ace Bourke who bought a lion cub from Harrods in 1969. They hand-reared the Lion they called Christian at a furniture shop on the Kings Road in Chelsea. After the pair met Virginia McKenna & Bill Travers of Born Free in 1971, arrangements were made for Christian to join George and Joy Adamson in Kenya to be released into the wild. John and Ace were then reunited with Christian nine months later when they returned to Kenya on a visit.
